Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Patience, self-motivated, positive attitude and sales driven
- Minimum SPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred language (s): Chinese
- Previous retail experience and having IT product knowledge is an added advantage
- Familiar working in Retail Environment
Job Description
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs
- Be passionate to share product information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers
- Achieve monthly sales target and ensure stock accuracy
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
