Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Computer literate, Proficient in Excel & Power Point is a must
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Chinese languages will be an added advantages
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field
Job Description
- Provide clerical and technical support to sales team
- To execute and co-ordinate the administration function
- Maintain filing system and ensure that the system is up to date
- Support Sales & Marketing Head
- Assist sales staff by professionally directing the flow of information to the staff
- Coordinate with sales team on routine report submission
- Taking minute meeting
- Assist sales team in travelling & appointment arrangements i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, appointment details etc
- Handle company official email
- Perform special assignments and ad hoc matters when necessary
