  • Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Computer literate, Proficient in Excel & Power Point is a must
  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Chinese languages will be an added advantages
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field

Job Description

  • Provide clerical and technical support to sales team
  • To execute and co-ordinate the administration function
  • Maintain filing system and ensure that the system is up to date
  • Support Sales & Marketing Head
  • Assist sales staff by professionally directing the flow of information to the staff
  • Coordinate with sales team on routine report submission
  • Taking minute meeting
  • Assist sales team in travelling & appointment arrangements i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, appointment details etc
  • Handle company official email
  • Perform special assignments and ad hoc matters when necessary
